  32. Well I have to disagree. I upgraded my v34 to v34+ with the new chip, and it's
  33. working just fine.  Before the upgrade, I always got 28.8/28.8 connections.
  34. Now I get 31.2/31.2 connections about 50% of the time, 33.6/33.6 about 2%
  35. of the time, and 28.8/28.8 the rest of the time.

  37. I was fortunate enough to get a 33.6 connection when downloading the 16MB
  38. 7.5 Apple Software Update 2.0.  This is a compressed binary file, and I got
  39. steady download rates of 3420 bytes/second over FTP (on a PPP connection).
